We
want to let you know some simple & practical ways that you can help your
favourite band (and us ie 6across) out...
Tell your friends about us.
Tell your Minister/Pastor/Youth Leader about us and
get them to give us a call.
Let us know your suggestions for who we should
contact regarding getting some more gigs.
E-mail everyone saying that 6across are THE band to
see and watch out for.
Post messages on various forums saying the same sort
of thing.
While in chat rooms make it known that 6across rock!
When the new advertising materials come out, order
some (for free) to hand out, stick on your church bulletin
board and other people's fridges & toilet doors etc.
Start conversations with the aim of getting
them onto the topic of "6across". Try to keep them positive.
Here's an example...
You: Hi.
Them: Hello.
You: Nice weather we are having.
Them: Well, yes it is. I hadn't actually noticed.
You: Just look at that wonderful blue sky. It just makes
you want to reach up and touch it, doesn't it?
Them: No, not really.
You: You know, 6across have a great song called
'Touching The Sky'.
Them: Never heard of it.
You: Really? You're missing out. It's such a
great song. 6across are so talented. Their songs
are so musical! The day I first heard them was
the day my life began. I think... Hey, where are you
going? Excuse me! We were in the middle of a... OK,
then. Have it your way. Just keep walking! Have you
heard of that one? You might run off but I'm not flying
away! I said "I'm not flying..." oh forget it.
