6across is pleased to announce that the name of its debut CD is 'Touching The Sky'. Currently in production, 'Touching The Sky' will feature 11 acoustic rock songs penned by guitarist
Geoff Rankin & drummer
Anthony Edwards. The band is highly anticipating the new year release and playing the songs live for everyone.
'Touching The Sky' was originally scheduled for a Nov/Dec 2004 release but other work commitments have unfortunately pushed it back until the new year.
The title track is about the desire to pick God's brains to find out the answers to the question 'Why?'. We know life can be hard at times and finding answers is one way we, as people, deal with things. Sometimes the answers never come. If we knew everything we'd be God, leaving no room for faith.
