Born:
1972
Favourite colour: Turquoise
Favourite food: Chinese would take first priority followed closely by Indian as my second preference. Yum.
Favourite song: 'Boys of Summer' by Don Henley
Favourite sports: Golf and Soccer. Manchester United all the way!
Favourite film: Jaws (1974). Have watched it at least 20 times in my life so far and bought the 25th anniversary DVD last year. I have been fascinated with Great White sharks my whole life and used to own a rubber one which didn't mind swimming in the bath with me! If you were to watch this Spielberg classic with me you would soon feel like throwing the remote control at me because I know every word spoken in every scene and don't mind reciting it. Yes, I know the shark looks a bit silly but the suspense is nail-biting!
Favourite item of clothing: My Queensr˙che 'Building Empires' tour shirt. I rarely
wear it 'cause it is so beautiful. I don't even like to look at it in case it gets dirty!
Favourite 6across song: 'Pieces That Didn't Fit' is very catchy and I enjoy playing it.
Favourite 6across gig: The Tribe of Judah performance a few years ago when we played on the back of a huge truck. Talk about fun! I was pretending I was playing Rock In Rio but don't tell anyone.
Most embarrassing 6across moment: One Sunday,
Renata & Geoff came to my house and had to duck under my assortment of clean undies hanging on the washing line. All the colours of the rainbow apparently. Is nothing sacred?
Reason for playing in 6across: To spread the positive message/love of Jesus in the universal language of music and spend time with fantastic friends who I love heaps. An interesting chemistry of personalities. Would make a good sit-com. I think we spend more time laughing than we do playing our songs! A positive, fun experience.
In ten years time: I will be surrounded by platinum and gold awards for album sales and still writing/recording/performing music. And still as modest! |
